The superior double room exceeded expectations, and the staff members were exceptionally helpful.

Breakfast was full size, I greatly enjoyed almost everything.

The place was impeccably clean, I booked the superior queen room with city views, everything was really good. The location in a very nice area was nice and there were shopping centres and many shopping centers nearby.

Appreciated having absolutely fantastic and outstanding breakfast.

The best thing is location - adjacent to San Salvador, good restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a queen bed, a volcano view and bathtub and care about everyone.

The hotel had a central location and it was very close to Bambu City Center.

The rooms were nicely decorated and neat with comfy beds and the view of the volcano outside.

The bathrooms were great, no complaints there.

Alarm clock and safe did not work. Very bright rooms. Chambermaids were already slamming the door to the service room at 6 o'clock in the morning. Parents with children should have a separate breakfast room. It is an imposition for the other guests who want to have breakfast in peace.

The location is perfect, right next to the fitness center and outdoor areas. the room is spacious and comes with essential amenities like a safe box, iron, and electronic key card. the hotel is conveniently located near Denny's, which was handy for a meal or two.

Their private transportation company that they us is a failure - I had pre arrage a transfer had been quoted the price told me the time they would be there and when I arrived not only they were not there but they could not find the reservation. The only negative thing the Acaya Taxi company is much more reliable

Staff at reception desk pretended to charge an extra amount on my credit card for future expenses. I didn´t acccepted and I only signed for the room charge (two days at front). Then I didn´t have the posssibility of charging any extra amount to may room account. Once I found out that policy I didnt use the meals hotel services at all. It was an unpleasent staying.

The room was a good size and had a large comfy bed that was perfect for what I needed. I was able to check in early and the staff even helped me with my bags! 🌟
